Hi, I'm Sinead.

I'm a business analyst with more than seven years' experience in logistics, digital transformation, systems integration and process improvement. I've spent that time working out why things take longer than they should, and helping teams change how they work.

I set up Lucid to bring that same thinking to small businesses, without the jargon or the big-firm price tag. I'll tell you straight what's working, what isn't, and what I'd change first. Most of the time the answer isn't more software.
